Partial Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Advance Payment Required

To ensure genuine orders and reduce delivery failures, all Cash on Delivery orders require a partial advance payment of ₹99 at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining balance is paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  • The ₹99 advance is adjusted against your total order value — you are not paying extra.
  • If you cancel the order before it is shipped, the ₹99 advance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the ₹99 advance is non-refundable.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking) receive priority processing and are shipped first. No advance is required.

Other Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking, processed securely via PayU.
