At Athlents, we stand behind every piece we sell. This policy is designed to be fair — protecting you as a customer and ensuring we can keep delivering quality.
What we accept returns for
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for:
- Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, fabric damage, print issues)
- Wrong item delivered (wrong size, wrong product)
- Item damaged in transit
Mandatory requirement: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the issue at the time of reporting. Claims without evidence cannot be processed. This protects both parties.
What we do not accept returns for
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
How to raise a return request
- Email us at support@athlents.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, photos/video of the issue, and your preferred resolution
- We will respond within 24 hours with next steps
- Approved returns will be picked up within 3–5 business days

Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details when raising the request.
COD orders — fraud prevention Cash on Delivery orders are subject to additional verification before return approval. Repeated return requests from the same address may be flagged and declined.
Shipping charges
- Return shipping for approved defective/wrong item cases: covered by us
- Size exchange return shipping: covered by the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Sale items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
