Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
For COD orders, processing begins after the partial advance payment is confirmed.
Delivery timeframes

These are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales events, or due to factors outside our control (weather, strikes, courier delays).
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: flat shipping fee applied at checkout
- COD orders may carry an additional handling charge
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website or you can check the status of the order in your login account orders section.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. A partial advance payment is required to confirm COD orders — details are outlined in our Partial Payment Policy.
Repeated COD order cancellations or refusals from the same address may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Failed delivery & RTO
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept — the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package is returned to us.
- Prepaid orders returned to us: refund issued after deducting forward and return shipping costs
- COD orders returned to us: the advance payment is forfeited and the order is cancelled
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us at support@athlents.com within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
